One on one coaching means you'll get a personalized training plan designed specifically for your goals. You’ll get unlimited communication so we can effectively adjust your plan to work with your fitness level, time commitments, and lifestyle.

How does it work?

  1. We hop on the phone and figure out exactly what you need and what might be standing in your way. We discuss your goal races and everything it will take to get you there.

  2. We implement a plan to get you race ready both mentally and physically. You’ll get detailed workouts each week set up in your Training Peaks account. Our strategy includes unlimited Q&A to make sure your race day nutrition, gear list, race strategy, and every other detail is in check.

  3. Assessment and alterations! I go through each workout on training peaks and see how you are responding and more importantly, how you are feeling. We adjust your workouts as needed and go through nutrition and recovery, making sure we are always on track to success!
