Rugged Conditioning 50km Training Plan - 15 weeks

This is a 15 week training program designed for intermediates with a 30mile per week running base. The program comes with a 1 hour coaching call where we can tweak for your personal needs, race course, and cover all training questions including nutrition, gear, and all things running. Designed to have you ready to toe the line with confidence and speed, and make sure you are fully prepared for the big day!
