E11 Sarah: Body image, injuries, and gratitude

Sarah opens up about body image, self-acceptance, and having to get over a near career ending injury. This girl is tough as nails with a seriously contagious energy. She started racing 5kms at 7 years old and has since finished over 14 x  50milers, 3 x 100milers and countless other races. She’s now a personal trainer, run coach and movement specialist focusing on restorative exercises for athletes. She will leave you smiling, with a renewed sense of gratitude for what your body can do!
