Robin: Her first 25km

I chat with Robin about her first trail race at Broken Goat 25km in Rossland, BC. We get into her transition from running on city streets to technical terrain in the backcountry of BC, where there are more bears than people. We also get into her recent experience with a helicopter rescue from the Nelson SAR.
