Nichole's vision started to blur about half way in to her first 100 miler. It started in one eye and eventually moved to both, so she could barely make out the flagging or her crew. We chat about how she worked through it until she could eventually finsh the race, and in 3rd place.

Whistler Alpine Meadows 100km and 100mile

Recap of the epic weekend that was WAM 100km/100mile! 

This recap goes right from the weeks and days leading up to the race to a few weeks after.  We hear from Katie and Tara about the 100km, and Tory and Linda who ran the 100mile. 

I discuss training with a toddler while on vacation for the biggest training block, and give a very exhausted race recap the day after.
