Sophie is a young and talented runner. During her first 100miler race in August 2021, she started to feel sick. She'd eventually learn she was coming down with Covid. Now, in Feb 2021 she can still only run 30 minutes twice a week. We chat about the symptoms of long haul covid and how she is working through it. The 29 year old is not only fast but she's also fearless and determined.
