Full episode on Patreon! Despite being an outdoor enthusiast, Kate hated running. That all changed, however, when she discovered the magic of trail running at 40 years old. Kate talks about quickly falling in love with flying through the woods, and running 50 mile weeks without much thought. Suffering from imposter syndrome she signed up for a technical 30km to prove she really was a runner. She tells her story of training and prepping and the multitude of unknowns.
