If you had to sum up the community of trail running in one word, it would probably be Lisa. Lisa is the founder of the Wild Women running group in Nanaimo BC. Her and her mom started racing when Lisa was 20 years old as a way to meet people after a move. Lisa was the youngest in the group but never let age or speed deter her from enjoying the group.
