Arielle was a high school track star headed for big things when her body started to waste away. After years of digestive issues and malnourishment she learned about the Paleo diet and began to heal. She went from skin and bones to running her first ever 100km where she qualified to run for Team Canada at worlds. Oh, and she also has the Guinness world record for fastest 50km and fastest 100k run on a treadmill.
